Where did you get them from? I had some made to measure from the ear dept at specsavers or somesuch place and they’re “ok” but slip out v easily (originally had them made to aid sleep and watch F1 trackside (some say the two could happen at the same time but I disagree...)).

It was a local opticians/audiologist (but not specsavers) but I can’t remember the name as it was 10+ years ago and we’ve moved since. They poured some stuff into each ear to make the moulds (sounds unpleasant but it wasn’t), they’re a perfect fit and certainly wouldn’t fall out.
