In My DHC I can do easily 8 Hours, however I am using a early +8 seat not the original.

In My '63 +4-4Str easily 10 hours with a break for lunch, however I have modern Leather Morgan seats - sourced from MMC.

Last week, in My +8 Bitsa with Roadster seats I did 12 hours, 650 miles, no lunch break only fuel breaks. I could walk when I got home.

BTW: With the +8 I did between 23 and 26 MPUSG (4 qts) travelling between 60 and 80, 70 most of the time. Using a aftermarket MSD EFI. My speedometer came from a 4/4. I also used Google Mileage from Google Maps. Thus 23 - 26. Need to calibrate the 4/4 Speedometer. With the information both ways and 1,300 miles it looks like 24 MPG. Not many mountains mostly desert.
