I have no idea to be honest - I'm towing the 3W tomorrow to be inspected by a special committee to get my non-objection certificate.
Trikes are extremely rare over here and my guess is that the legislation is not clear on their status as a vehicle. I have collected photographic proof on several models locally registered as cars. Also I will make it clear to them in person that a motorcycle license means fuck all when operating a morgan 3 wheeler.
Hopefully one other owner shall be joining me.
This is just classic government red tape with a generous dosage of ass coverage
