I just installed the Bleazey bevel box kit and it was a bit of a choir but not too difficult. I certainly know my Morgan better though still scratching my head on the rear shocks and how difficult it is to get the lower shock tower bolt through the hole. It is very difficult for me to get the bottom bolt into the shocks as the swing arm does not lower enough at least on my Morgan.
On the drive belt I don't know how many people check their belt but my was surprising slack before the install and would move 1 1/2" and was rubbing the swing arm a little. Easy enough to fix and I guess I should have paid more attention to it. For the belt itself it seems to stay all the way on the left side/drivers side. I adjusted it some and it stayed there so figured this is where it is meant to be. Is that where the belt is suppose to reside? My recollection for motorcycles they always want the belts to run on the right side closer to the wheel though the Morgan and a motorcycle are very different animals so it makes sense for the belt to run where it is as there is not a ring on the inside of the front pulley.
Another item I found interesting is how much drag there is to spin the wheel. Maybe because when you turn the wheel you are spinning the wheel, belt, bevel box and drive shaft. Doesn't take extreme force or anything just a fair amount of drag.
