PS.. Found this list.... Can anyone see us building 1.5 times this infrastructure in 15 to 30 years while the older plant continues to close due to old age??

There is a working assumption that cars will be used in the same way as now, but very sadly I believe that personal car ownership will move towards being the preserve of the well off.
