You don't have to take it 92 miles for an MOT, any local garage would be able to test it, and unless you are going more than around 12k miles a year I can't imagine that it would suffer through a lack of servicing. But the problem you may well find is that MOT garages could be restricting themselves to only testing the vehicles of Key Workers.
