Yes the set of two wires (the red and white) came with the car and was OEM hooked up to the wires you mentioned above (Green and White and Green and Black) and went to the OEM turn signals at the left and right sides of the car. I've owned this particular car since new.
Below is how it is wired up for the new headlights:
• OEM BLUE WIRE WITH RED STRIPE (LOW BEAM) -->YELLOW WIRE OF NEW HEADLIGHT(LOW BEAM)
• OEM BLUE WIRE WITH WHITE STRIPE(HIGH BEAM) -->WHITE WIRE OF NEW HEADLIGHT(HIGH BEAM)
• OEM BLACK WIRE(HEADLIGHT GROUND) -->BLACK WIRE OF NEW HEADLIGHT(HEADLIGHT GROUND)
• OEM RED WIRE (POSITION WIRE?) --> not yet hooked up
• TURN SIGNAL OEM RED WIRE -->ORANGE WIRE OF NEW HEADLIGHT (HEADLIGHT FRONT TURN)
• TURN SIGNAL OEM WHITE WIRE -->not yet hooked up
