I find I get better search results if I use Google and preface my search with "talkmorgan" or "M3W". Talkmorgan results are always near the top.
An even better way, albeit with more typing, is to prefix your search with "site:talkmorgan.com", which tells google to search only that site.
For example searching on "site:talkmorgan.com Help again please" will show this thread as the first result.
