Anyone who can help, so the Zundapp Bella is now at home, purchased from an Auction "Blind"
i now find the Scooter is not registered and doesn't have a Log Book ( Registration Doc)

The seller seems to be unwilling to talk to me so i think he has thrown the towel in after completing the restoration
to about 98%.

I have a Certificate from the Vintage Bike Club that suggests the Engine & Chassis numbers Match and the Scooter
authenticity, i have a spoken to the Secretary of the VMCC who suggests i need to obtain a NOVA Number from Customs
then with that apply to DVLA through a V55/5 form to receive a registration.

However the reading of the DVLA site seem to point towards bringing a vehicle in from abroad, i would think because the Scooter
is fitted with a MPH milometer it could already of been a UK import many years ago (it is 55 years old)

DVLA do not specify on their web anything regarding old vehicles more to imported vehicles and i certainly cant find anything
relating to old bikes.

CAN ANYONE HERE THROW ME A LIFE LINE, AS ANYONE EXPERIENCED AND WENT THROUGH THIS PREVIOUSLY

Best
Dean.
