Considering the heads are a lot hotter than the oil. Also, the moisture will does not have to get to 212 to "boil" out. But, an example would be my commute to work. It takes me about 5 miles to get to the freeway, but even before that, I am going 45-55 mph (about 25 the first mile getting out to the main road). It is then about 9 miles on the freeway going 60-70 mph. So a lot of strong circulation of the oil and rpms of 3k plus. Today the ambient temp was in the high 30's and the oil only got to about 180, but the few stop lights on the last stretch had the urban fan going. So lots of opportunity!.
