Many of the second home owners register their homes down in the west country as their wives or partners main residence, also their cars. That way they get to apply and obtain residents parking permits. It also makes it legal. Single households doing that is morally wrong. I object to that but what really irritates is the number of house parties that are occuring and some hosted by permanent residents. There are hospital beds available but not the staff available to service them due to staff either with covid or self isolating. I think we need complete lockdown until the vaccination programme gets more traction.
