The touchscreens do seem to make a mockery of the handheld device laws, I can't see any difference between touching a phone screen or a built in touchscreen. At least you can put the mobile phone on a shoulder and two hands on the wheel
Obviously one handed whilst drinking coffee...
I think with the advance in voice control, fiddling with knobs will be a thing of the past.
