Well, he out-performed Fernando Alonso in the McLaren (not the fastest car that year or the next when he won his first WC in it) in his rookie year and FA did a runner in fright.
His greatest strength is that he always gets the most out of any car he is in, so if it is possible to win a WC in a car, he will probably do it.
If I was black and had a voice, I would use it too.
As for tax, they all do what he does and Monaco looks a great place to live to me.
