Greg I sse you have your satnav on a suction mount on the screen. See Chris's dash on the post after your 1st post. He has a Ram ball mount lower left of speedo, a much neater & rigid solution & its hidden under tonneau when parked. He also has a clock mounted in front of the wheel as I have. I dont have my car nearby to check the thread size. You also need a appropriate double socket arm to suit.
https://www.ram-mount.co.uk/components/ball-size-a-b-c-d-e-2/It's a RAM 1” tough-ball, M6-1 fitting. RAM-RAP-B-379U-M616 which for the standard dash fits into one of the M6 dash panel mounting holes. You'll need to check if there's a suitable bolthole you can use for the Heritage dash.
