It's a RAM 1” tough-ball, M6-1 fitting. RAM-RAP-B-379U-M616 which for the standard dash fits into one of the M6 dash panel mounting holes. You'll need to check if there's a suitable bolthole you can use for the Heritage dash.
It works well with the heritage dash, same size bolts. If you look in my photos you can see my sunglasses hanging from the RAM ball.
I did have to use Loctite to stop it coming loose.
