Strange indeed. I guess in Suffolk on a Wed lunchtime we have till the tourists arrive a better chance. But good t to see they are busy, the ones with no gardens are really struggling. Felixstow council last time around allowed the seafront pubs to use the green between them & the sea, I hope other councils are as pragmatic.
