In our pre married days Caroline and I used to go there, with the family dog, for some peace and quiet.
The Church, which was not damaged, is a wonderful Baroque style and is still used as a Church.
Im recent years English Heritage ave done quite a bit of work to stabilise the pile, restore the fountain to full working order and improve access, but without spoiling it.
Well worth a visit.
