Or a blocked carby jet, is it getting fuel to the motor? Not just to the carby, stale fuel can gum up jets. A quick check would be to squirt Aerostart down the carby and see if it fires up.


First to block on mine are the idle jets - easy to whip out and clean without dismantling anything. One either side of the Weber 32/36DGV
