Can’t recommend electric motoring highly enough.
It was the sheer performance of the Mini that sold it to me. The power delivery in Sport mode is just something else. Our test drive covered NSL dual carriage ways, A roads, and twisty, bumpy back lanes. I was just blown away by just how well it dealt with everything. It only took me about a minute to get used to the re-gen and one-pedal driving, but I did still find I was reaching for a gearshift when hoofing it off the line at about the time I would normally grab second, it took half an hour or so to get rid of that one

The reason I decided to go electric was for environmental reasons, but if this is what you get, I'm flipping' glad I made the move.
Only trouble is I've got to wait until December for delivery. Ho hum...
