Thanks - no offence just my sort of humour - I think it was pandy from France that suggested that it was not necesary to have heated eventually.

My local garage will carry out the MOT next July, they are user friendly and if it were to be a problem I'm sure they would suggest I take the windscreen off for the day. "Virtually" you know. innocent
