https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/stant-racing-radiator-cap-246616/The dealer did nothing, I finally found a small spur on the turbo coolant tank which was stopping it from turning, I was able to get a small screwdriver under the lips on both sides and then a pair of mole grips and finally got them off. The old ones looked like they had been pushed in a bit from the top, the new ones are fantastic and very easy to take on and off.
P.S. The lb pressure is on the tops of the caps.
