I've tried to resist adding more to this...........

I'd be interested to know how the crash testing/type approval issues have been, or will be addressed, or even if it would be required. I suppose what I'm getting at here is that there may be an exemption where a similar chassis has already been tested.
Maybe we shouldn't be considering two pigeon holes - that's a good point. Maybe there are three - or more.
