Thanks Moorganer ...I really appreciate you sharing your experience of this problem. I am planning to follow your example and I have arranged to pop over to a respected Morgan engineering garage this coming Friday for a full inspection. I'll post my progress. Seems that we all need a coordinated dialogue with MMC to understand what is happening and resolve the problem for the benefit of all. Agreggating our buying power to achieve a speedier and lower priced solution might also be a good idea!

As soon as I have any news I will post on this thread - It has dawned on me this last week what an important site TM is as I have received via the thread and other conduits so much help and encouragement. When I was feeling totally frustrated and more than a little agitated the Cavalry arrives, thanks everyone and rest assured I will share the rest of the "Windscreen" journey for the good of all.
