What improvements do you think should be made?

Thanks in advance for the advice smile

If I were you, I would do nothing at the moment. Drive your car, read the fora, join a Morgan club or group if possible, talk with owners, see other cars. Get to know your car, get experience. Then you can decide what you want to change or improve with a good reason. Take your time, think about whether you want to imporve looks, style, function, safety or a combination. Or you might consider the right clothing for you and possibly a co-driver - very important to stay warm and dry. And you might consider the cost/benefit ratio. A Rutherford suspension is fine and functional, but invasive and expensive. Wiper blades are cheap and efficient, but will hardly give you a great advantage if you seldom or never drive in the rain. Clear indicator lenses are cheap and look cool (IMO) but does nothing with the performance.
As I have said before, my best mod that also improved safety - considering cost/benefit ratio - was fitting convex rear mirrors, including the screen one. The best mod - disregarding the cost - was power steering.
If I should suggest something that is easy, cheap, improves handling and not just bling - it would be brake reaction stays AKA crosshead stabilisation stays. But if you wait and drive your car as it is for a while, then you really will appreciate the change once it is there. Take your time.
