Picture not very clear Leroy, but If it's a connector on the gearbox rather than the Morgan loom then it could be an unused speed or gear selection signal. If it's the loom then there are two reversing light plugs wired in parallel, to suit different gearbox's I assume. The smaller green moulded connector is used on 2006 Roadster's.
