A similar thing happened to be on my Morgan but was a Cat C rather than B. I didn’t a change of address and got my new V5 back only to find a CAT C Salvage Category listed, call the.DVLA turned out Lancaster (aka Markerstudy - worst insurance company in the world.) accidentally put a £2k insurance repair as a CAT C write off. Called Markestudy and they removed it and I got an updated V5 in the post. The DVLA should known who added to the salvage note as they would of notified the DVLA
