I do all my web stuff off my android phone so may not be the best to ask ... it's an ongoing challenge so there are instructional threads (and possibly a video??)
Once you've done it a couple of times it's a breeze ... it's just getting your head round the steps first time.

I use the dedicated tm-image site ... once you're registered then you click on the 'start upload' button .... select 'my files' from the options .... find the image you want in your gallery and select it ... click 'done' ... it should appear with the option to 'upload' .... click that and once it's uploaded you'll see a list of URLs .... scroll to full image then look for the BB URL (suitable for forums like this) .... click the copy button ... then go to the forum write your message then hold your finger on the message box ... there should be a box appear including an option to paste ... click that and the URL should appear in the message ... then post the mesage and the pic should appear.
Sounds like the instructions for open-heart surgery written down like that but after a couple of goes you can do the lot really quickly
