A few months into Boxster S ownership it is clear that porsche ownership is little different from my Morgan ownership experience.
The cars have "issues", some simple, others complex.
Mine is going in to the dealers later in the month to investigate a mysterious rattle that can be very noticeable on start up, it sounds like a car with out of gauge tappets. However sometimes the sound goes after a few seconds, other times in is constant.
There are no warning messages, no impact on performance and the dealer has said that the car is safe to drive.
It is covered by a Porsche warranty, so whatever it is the problem isn't mine.
I get a loan car and the dealer is 1/3 the distance to my nearest Morgan dealer.
