I've received a letter from Porsche UK informing me that if, in the next 4 years, changes in Construction and Use Regulations are retrospectively applied so that Euro 6 petrol engined cars are no longer allowed to be freely used on the public roads then Porsche will buy back the car at up to 70% if the price paid.
I cannot envisage such a situation, in my view it would bring down the Government, so what are Porsche doing this for??
Can we imagine MMC doing this??
