I find it ironic that we spend so much time talking about exhaust pollution, when very little time is spent on pollution from tires, the second largest pollutant eminating from vehicals, and the largest pollutant of particular matter. The fact that EV are heavier causes them to wear tires more quickly, and extended range vehicals and then even heavier, simply adds to the problem.
