Richard, Gambalunga had a Quattroporte Maserati, I think a 70s, not a convertible.
As for the Alpine, I'm a fan of hers. Yes, it could replace three cars.
Thank you Heinz for straightening me out over Peters car. I was getting him mixed up with one of our other friends on here that had one plus a GTN for sale a while back.
Those Alpines are pretty special and the genetics are right and I think the chassis and powertrain is more that adequate for todays B road blasts and equally at home on the motorway when needed. I am finding myself increasingly attracted to them.
