I didn't watch it as I have no time for the philanderer or his complicit partner but I did read
this earlier today and thought what a pathetic under resourced poll it was

As far as him representing the Church of England with his marital history - I don't think so

Surely that sort of behaviour is at the very heart of the foundation of the Church of England? The very first 'Supreme Head' of the Church was hardly a bastion of marital fidelity And there are numerous 'Supreme Heads/Govenors' since HVIII that have had 'extra marital affairs'........:)

I do like to think we learn from history though, he only had to follow his Mothers example, it wasn't rocket science..
On another level maybe he was getting down with the people by knocking off someone else's Misses whilst still married, who knows.. TIC
