Not sure if it helps but some generic info here on lambda sensors. It seems the number and colour of wires is relevant.

For the Morgan 2 litre Duratec both sensors are four wire. Pre-CAT one has green connector with brown, green, white/yellow and black/yellow wires. Post-CAT blue connector with brown, green, white/blue and black/orange wires, according to engine loom schematic.
