I see a difference between apple macbooks and ipad/iphones. The apple computers annoy me and I've been a PC guy for decades. But an iPhone is super user friendly and secure. You are not in the jungle of 50 android versions and you have your peace.
On the question of which iphone for B3MOG, as I wrote I am very happy with my original by Apple refurbished 12 Mini. A 13 mini is also available since a few months as refurbished, if you want to have an even better camera and a slightly larger battery, but the photos with my 12 are already very good and the battery of the 12 holds a full day of frequent use. Mini or not is a personal question, I do not like to have a pan on my ear.
