I think you will find NHS pension rules and the Lifetime allowance impacted doctors.
I know for me when I fixed my LPA in 2016 I went down to a 3 day week & the copmany I worked for gave me their pension payments as salary.
If you disincentivise work people stop , simples.
With dentist as I understand the contract was unworkable & I fully understand they deserve a decent living. I think the Tories are dismntling the NHS by stealth.
