I've been to the MM a couple of times because I was able to get tickets via a member.
All Goodwood events are certainly worth going to!!!
The MM is definitely less crowded than the Revival or the FoS.
I wish I'd become a member years ago before it all go so big, I'm probably of the Groucho Marx mindset nowadays, 'I don't care to be a member of any club that would have someone like me as a member"🙃
