Sorry, but due to lack of detail, I am struggling to make sense of your post.
Where did it come from and what does it say?
I have a keen interest as I am perturbed by the recent actions of MSCC in awarding a contract to just one insurer as a preferred supplier and most people are finding that quotes are far from competitive. I fear that in the longer term, it will only encourage other insurers to jack their prices up, and we all lose out because of commercial decisions adopted by MSCC. They no longer seem to represent the basic interests of members, but are more concerned with feathering the nest of the club as a wholly commercial venture!
