Just for the record and to be correct……found a pic of the red plus 8 that went to Japan ( buyer said he was going out with it) was reg no LDV881P and my current one DDV346T. …..that was a quick change of car.
Did the red one ever come back I wonder……

Pic 8 shows Phoenix Motors in orange paint …..I gave Alf 25 gallons of it, not that I was ever in the paint business.
Pics 23,24 and 25 show my car ……..did we still have flared trousers back then (not me) .I’m the black blob near the car, totally indistinguishable !
