) should I need to go there, provided the weather is reasonably clement. Used a lot during my childhood in north Kent and Bucks. All diesels, so the annual 2 week holiday staying in Belfast with relatives was magical travel on trolley buses (until 1969 when they'd all sadly gone).
Good to see the expanding modern tram networks in some cities. I believe some of the old tram rails may still be under the tarmac in town here.
