Did they change only the shocks absorbers or also the leaf suspensions.You mention that they have removed the block at one side!!.I am trying to improve the ride of my 4/4 sport since
2 month.After a call to the factory they admitted they have a problem with the 4/4 sport and they suggest to add wheight at the rear .I am trying now with a sand bag of 25 kgs .It is a little better but this is a strange method for a new car.
