I imagine £14K isn't the reserve but the minimum starting bid. The guide price is £27,000 - £32,000 so the reserve is likely to be the lower of that range. I see Bonhams sold a very similar model last week for £27,262

The auction is tomorrow (Wednesday 15th), worth keeping an eye on.
