Mine came a little loose last night after much gear selection in London traffic. I've heard mention of grub screws but cannot see any. The lift to select reverse detent remains in correct place but the knob itself previously locked, just turns without any sign of it screwing onto threaded gear stick of the remote select MT82 gearbox.
