Auto/manual? I test drove both but got an auto. I was originally a manual fan but having the auto with the option to use paddles was the winner. I drive mainly in auto but do go manual for a change. The 8 speed gearbox is excellent and the car reacts well. 15k miles of mixed long hauls and short drives in just under 2 years and no regrets. The car is more comfortable than the trad Plus8 so long trips are better.
My advice is test both versions.
