I'm not so sure trad prices are holding up that well in the UK at the moment, I see lots of cars for sale, some for very extended periods of time, many not moved in over a year plus. You don't see that many Sold Morgan feeds by dealers on facebook considering its been a good summer for a change. Some dealers lifted the winter prices up during the silly summer must have an open topped car season, but the cars are still there. Obviously if you bought the car 20 years ago, prices may still be strong for you, but those who dipped their toe in the market in more recent times are seeing quite a lot of change.
Always good sound advice to use your car, lack of use often does you and the car no favors at all.
