Last year I asked Vitesse (the morgan supplier) if they could provide an auto kit for my car. I was getting terrible pain in my left leg just above the knee which could only be relieved by stretching the leg right out, and that was near imposible because of the clutch pedal.
They replied that for my car it was impossible because they needed the fly-by-wire throttle (electronic activation).
An interesting option, no less complicated, would be an electronically activated clutch with a manual shift.
There seem to be several auto clutch systems on the market, intended, no doubt, for people who have completely lost the use of a leg. They all say that they can use an existing gearbox.
