We're off to Mull in the Landy in June, I'm budgeting that diesel will be £2 a litre by then, so £500 or so for the whole week. Never mind, it's a holiday. The Mini is still costing us only 2p/mile.
The fossil fuel fans have said for ages that renewables are useless when the wind doesn't blow and the sun doesn't shine, now we know that ICE isn't so attractive when the Straits of Hormuz aren't working.

I'm sure prices will come back down once Iran and China do a deal and we start trading oil in Yuan.
