Hmmm interesting I wouldn't mind a meet to show off my exhaust oops shame you could not make it to the TM do, it would have been ideal as most of us will be there confused2
I'm not really interested in performance gain as I feel my Aero is more than fast enough for me, from past experience if you change from a std silencer into a straight thro without re-mapping, chances are it will lose both bottom and midrange torque may gain a little topend. As mine wasn't really a straight thro design, I reckon it would remain pretty much the same as before..my 2p confused2

I'm however more interested in the sound department, I always thought the sidepipes were nice sounding and characterful, but lacked BASS!!! Ever since the TVR BNG meet at York, virtually every TVR has a sportpipe fitted and basically they drowned out the sound of my Aero, thats when I decided to do something about it doh
Conclusion? Its absolutely fantastic, the new pipes has brought out the best of the V8, its now sounded much more potent, it woofles in a way that only a V8 can, yet it still seem to retained certain amount of flatulent blating sound abeit with much more bass.
I would say the sound of my Aero must rank as one of the best this side of American V8, it certainly sounded better than most of the TVR(except 420SE/450SEAC Wedge) which were just loud but didn't sound very special...all IMO of course oldgit
