I just lost my indicator lights while travelling at night in France. I suspect it may be the fuse. Could someone please let me know which is the fuse for the indicators (+4 from 2008) ? Even better if you have the card for the fuse box (I don't think I got it when I bought my car). I am driving back to the UK tomorrow and indicators would come handy ;-)

Bad luck. According to the GoMog wiring diagram for 2006- +4

Fuse 10 (15 amp should be light blue) is for indicators and headlight flash.

No luck so far. Got back without the indicators ...
I tried all the 15amp fuses with no success. Will check the other ones in the next couple of days. Could it be something else than the fuse ?

As Richard says it could be the flasher unit or the switch itself. Do the hazard flashers work? If so, and I'm assuming there are two flasher units like on my car, swap the hazard flasher unit with the normal one.

Whereabouts in France are you?

I was in Dordogne for the week with a fantastic weather ... what a great car to drive on the Perigord's country lanes, but now back to London !
Re. the indicators, the hazard lights are out as well. I will try and test all the fuses ... may be easier ...
May be a dummy question, but can you explain the difference between the flasher unit and switch (fuse?)

The flasher unit in effect turns the power to the indicators (or hazards) on and off so the "flash", the switch is (normally) the indicator lever that provides power to the flasher unit.

If you have a multimeter best to check for continuity of the fuses with this. A visual check of the fuses is not always the best.

A visual check of modern fuses can totally miss a blown fuse (had that with "booty's" +4).

An ohmeter is always best... smile
