I have read in the "Morgan Four Owners Workshop Manual" that the starting horn/cone that is spot welded to the crank pulley can easily be tapped off. I've been trying to tap it, cut-off-wheel it, and chisel it but can't seem to get the

thing off. I feel as though having it on will be a hindrance to pulling the engine. Is there an easier way to get the horn off (or is it possible to pull the pulley off the engine with the engine still in the car and the

cone still attached to the pulley.
Have any of you guys taken that cone off?
