Best be careful here, enough of you S2 mafia types to gang up on me, series 3 guys are much rarer.
Not to sure what Shooter means, my book is by Ken Hill, Morgan buyers guide published by Motorbooks International of Wisconsin, seems pretty definitive to me (date 1989) 'Illustrated Morgan Buyers Guide' ISBN 0-87938-214-7

according to 'Original Morgan ' by Worrall and Turner[Bay View Books] the DHC was built for Mrs Jane Morgan regn.JM53, Chassis R7317 in 1971. The 4 seat plus 8 was built for Eric White [ now Allon Whites] to replace his 1966 4 seat plus 4 supersports.

Trygve,
No this is a later car, could it have come from the factory or be a later rebuild? fabulous anyway but a bit pricey. (my book finished in the '80's so do not know the final figures for then current production)
